We started making sauces because we wanted something better on our own table. What grew from that is Stevens Point Sauce Company.
It Started With a Simple Idea
We looked at the sauces on store shelves and kept seeing the same thing. High fructose corn syrup. Artificial ingredients. A long list of stuff that had no business being in a bottle of BBQ sauce.
So we decided to make our own. We got our start canning under the Wisconsin Pickle Bill. Batch by batch, we kept refining the recipes. By 2020, what started as a personal project became a real business.
We sweeten every batch with Wisconsin maple syrup. It's a local ingredient with deep roots in this region and it adds a flavor you just can't replicate with anything else. We use organic spices, real ingredients from start to finish, and we never cut corners to speed things up.
Small batches aren't just a tagline. They're how we make sure every bottle is worth opening.
